Social Care Services:
- Assistance with Planning & Shopping
- Support to participate in community based activities
- Transport including wheelchair accessible vehicle
- Handling Service Users' Monies & Pensions
- Assistance to health appointments
- Picking up of medication/ taking scripts to the chemist
- Administration and management of medication/ prompts for person to take medication
- Sitting service to allow carers to have respite/ time away from the home
Personal Care Services:
- Washing, Bathing & Showering
- Toileting/ incontinence care
- Dressing / Undressing
- Care of Teeth & Nails
- Waking up and going to bed
Domestic Services:
- Assistance with Cleaning & Housework
- Assistance with Laundry & Ironing
- Assistance with Planning & Shopping
- Assistance with Management of Fuel & Heating
- Assistance with pet care/ pet walking
Provision of Meals & Dietary Care:
- Food Preparation at the Client's Home
- Assistance with eating/ drinking
