Horizon Support Services is an established company that entered into the care sector in 2009. Prior to this the management team have over 20 years experience in the care field. We started by opening a two bedded residential home for younger adults in the Morriston area and then later branched out into domiciliary care and support.
We pride ourselves on taking the time to get to know the people we support and work in a person centred manner at all times. Great emphasis is placed on good time keeping and making transitions in and out of peoples home relaxed and friendly. Our staff team all share the same values and principles and strive towards providing high quality care and support.
