About Horizon Support Services
Horizon Support Services is an established company that entered into the care sector in 2009. Prior to this the management team have over 20 years experience in the care field. We started by opening a two bedded residential home for younger adults in the Morriston area and then later branched out into domicilary care and support.
The company's main objective is to offer a high quality service of personal care and support to older persons, individuals with learning disabilities, mental health illness and physical disabilities. We are not registered for nursing care. We also provide support for privately funded packages and direct payments.
The aim is to provide individuals with the opportunity to maximize their full potential in every aspect of their lives in order to increase peoples levels of independence and remain living within their own homes. The geographical areas we cover for Domiciliary Care and Support are Swansea, Gower Peninsula and Neath Port Talbot.
We pride ourselves on taking the time to get to know the people we support and work in a person centred manner at all times. Great emphasis is placed on good time keeping and making transitions in and out of peoples home relaxed and friendly. Our staff team all share the same values and principles and strive towards providing high quality care and support.
